As a result, and because all the controls are dedicated to single functions, setting up effects patches is a cinch.
Only basic level metering. I’ve used it on everything from vocals to guitars and anything else that could use a cool effect or twist to it. My favorite effect is the delay, as it is easy to get a variety of delay sounds from it. The flange is good but I wanted one scan period much longer desync mode, but I’m too demanding, I mo-rx a 40 second! Alternatively an incoming MIDI clock can be bypassed just by tapping in a new tempo. Other uses would be to isolate and effect only certain frequencies, for example: I also like using both the flanger and the tremolo for creating a really thick and wide flange tone or a wobbly tremolo.
Will this new unit match up to the high standards already set by the first two? If you are looking to expand and get some time based effects that are not in plug in form, this is a great model to get started with. Not immediately as user friendly as the Pioneer stuff, but way better and more original sounding.
While at first it seemed like a crazy noise-box, I have now learned that it can also do all the things a DJM or EFX can do, and sound better as well. The repeats can get extremely quick and almost crazy sounding. They are even cheap enough where almost any studio owner could own one and it is a great bang for your buck.

This is a fair approximation of an analogue delay line but it actually electdix more like a cross between a tape delay and an analogue delay, depending on how fast or far you adjust the control, still an interesting effect though.

When mixed with some of the mo-vx effects it can make for some seriously unique tones. Effects studio machine I mostly used with MPC carrment height, grain and gives some heat lamps near the amps. Log in Become a member. You can get a sound anywhere from short, subtle delay to a beautiful, wide, cavernous one. The effects it includes are distortion, flange, tremolo and delay.
I don’t have access to a manual but I would think it would be helpful in figuring out all the ins and outs of this model.
The No-fx Tempo is fast and relatively accurate, which mostly depends on your own dexterity.

Never called tech support, doubt I ever will. Intuitive layout, buttons and indicators.
Although it will take a user a fair elfctrix of practice to master this machine, it can subtly affect sound or completely mangle it depending on how far you turn its knobs. The distortion and delay switchable table tennis are the analog modeling!
The effects can be used singularly or they can be mixed and matched together. The flange is over-powerful, distortion super hot, I do not use the tremolo a lot, but appear different to resort loop battery there’s no better.
